Order cancellation

Your order can be canceled until the time of execution either by phone or by email stating the order number and cancellation number. Return products

The customer has the right to request the withdrawal and return of the product purchased through our online store within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. From the date of sending the withdrawal request the product must be returned to the company within fourteen (14) days while the return costs are borne by the customer.

The product must be returned intact and in excellent condition with its original packaging and all accessories.

Refunds

Pursuant to the provisions of Law 2251/1994, Article 3, paragraph 4, which concerns distance purchases (on line), the refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the customer's withdrawal request and provided that the product has been returned. Our company will refund the purchase amount after receiving the product in its warehouses and checking it.

The following applies to a refund:

If the payment has been made by credit card then the refund order is given immediately * by us and the money is credited to your card in 3-5 working days depending on the bank issuing your card.

If the payment has been made in cash at our company store then the money is refunded * with the return of the products.

If the payment has been made by cash on delivery the money is refunded * within 14 working days.

* The refund is made after the returned products are checked for their condition by the competent employees of our company and our stores.

Shipping for the return of products to our store is the responsibility of the customer.

Order delivery time

The time required to execute your order is two working days as long as the products you ordered are immediately available. The delivery time of an order differs depending on the shipping / receiving method you have chosen as well as the destination.

Returns of defective products
